In this bold, colorful, hands-on class, you’ll learn how to use some of the most popular piping tips to create stunning textures, shapes, and designs. From rosettes to ruffles to dimensional patterns, we’ll explore a variety of techniques that will transform a simple cake into a textured work of art.

You’ll finish the class with a vibrant, color-packed cake decorated using your new piping skills — and plenty of confidence to use your tips at home. Tips being used: 4B, 1M, #21, grass tip, 104
