Cake Decorating 101

Bakery owner Amy will teach you all the foundational skills you need to create beautiful, professional-looking cakes. In this class, you'll learn how to level  a cake, fill and dirty ice, and get a smooth edge, as well as various border edge techniques. Best of all, everything you need for the class is included - just show up ready to learn! This class is perfect for anyone ages 10 and up who wants to improve their cake decorating skills.
